Going to football games has always been an important part of the Mepham community. Everyone knows the players by name, but how well do we really know them? We got the chance to ask some of the football players, and Coach Moody, two questions to get to know them better.

What is your pregame ritual?
I never really had a pregame ritual but I know some guys on the team like to listen to get themselves in the zone.
What is your guilty pleasure song?
My guilty pleasure song is “21” by Taylor Swift… Oh, no, it’s “22”.

What is your favorite part about playing football?
My favorite part is being able to hit people as hard as I want.
What is your favorite subject?
My favorite has got to be art.

That’s a hard one. I’ll say Tom Brady because he’s the GOAT.

I’d go to the future for sure.

How have past teams made you a better team player?
It made me realize more about the team and how losing can break a team apart, so you have to stay positive after every game and bring each other together.
When you were a kid, what was your dream job?
To be in the NFL.

Really just bonding with your friends, the experience, and just having all your friends around you playing the same game.

Having the opportunity to work with high school athletes, teaching them the game, helping them perfect their abilities, their talents, and getting the most out of them as they prepare for high school and the future.
