From poetry, to stand-up comedy, to singing, Open Mic Night, hosted by Mepham Fragments, had it all, where students and faculty alike were invited to share their talents up on the stage. Held on March 14, 2024, this event was undoubtedly a success, with numerous performances from Mephacapella, Fragments, and Mepham’s very own Ms. Maresca which helped to make the event fun and enjoyable for everybody, by putting on their own performances.

Ms. Maresca comments, “It’s a very informal way to have everyone kind of get together, share their special talents, whether it be through music, poetry, or comedy…and share it in a safe space where people are welcoming them and supporting them.”

It is without a doubt that those who performed had an incredible time, and Mepham cannot wait to host this amazing event next year. Thank you again, Ms. Maresca, and Fragments for creating a safe space for all to share their talents!
