High School is challenging and no one hands out guidebooks on your first day of freshman year. The daily stressors of school, sports, clubs, friends, and family cause days to melt together. Teachers don’t understand your workload. Midnight creeps up on you a little earlier each night. Sleep starts to take place during your first period math class. And the world crashes down on you more and more as each grade level passes by. But, you are not alone in feeling this way.
